We found it in the Bemidji Banks cache, which is on the Mississippi chain about 24 miles as the crow flies from the source of the river. We thought what better way is there than to start at the Headwaters of the river, so we took it there. We also thought it should swim in the headwaters before going further south; so we took it for a dip there this afternoon before releasing it into the Itasca State Park Wildlife Safari cache. |
