Steep 1.5 mile hike down onto black sand beach. thought would be easy, looked like cache was on beach but it was high up in the cliff near where a waterfall usually runs. This waterfall can be seen in the Kevin Costner movie Waterworld when they find fresh water. Check it out! On the way out, we stumbled into about 5 horses grazing. how did they get way down here lol. I approached one and it let me pet it. Great adventure:D Safe travels little fish:D |
