Out with bubblegummers (my brother & his wife) on day 4 of 7 of our Eastern Oregon trip to get Oregon County and DeLorme page caches. Today's trip started in Ontario, OR and ended in Imnaha, OR (322.0 total miles, 7.2 of that on foot). This was #13 of 14 found today. Coordinates and hint were good. Quick and easy. No trackables in the cache today. Cache is in good shape. Elevation 1776 feet. Weather about 90 degrees. Sunny, slight breeze. |

KCSearcher caught it Log entry: Caught at "Soggy Bottom - GCV53Q" Out by myself for some exercise hiking. No muggles here. Coordinates were good. Quick and easy once the hike and bushwhacking was over. Glad I worn heavy long sleeve shirt. Did end up with a scratch on the back of my hand, should have brought gardening gloves too. Replenished the water supply. Cache is in good shape. Elevation 1440 feet. Weather about 65 degrees. Sunny, slight breeze, nice day. |
